If anything, public school causes shyness. Homeschool is an environment where the child is safe and comfortable.
myfriendconnie- isn't it.Bethaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13909743765477772019noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26404596.post-74086594613305566472007-04-28T11:50:00.000-07:002007-04-28T11:50:00.000-07:00Heartbreaking... :(Heartbreaking... :(Smockity Frockshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15922037293905396736noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26404596.post-41380475615568262202007-04-28T11:20:00.000-07:002007-04-28T11:20:00.000-07:00Hi Bethanie,I found your blog through Crystal's.I ...Hi Bethanie,
I found your blog through Crystal's.
I often hear how it's "better for children to be with their peers in daycare" and how homeschooling children makes them "socially isolated". You're right - many parents need to read this. It's really bad that some people don't care anyway. That is wickedness and evil.

And you're right about the future. I am thankful that I do have a better knowledge about a lot of things now. I know from observing my own parents that they sometimes wish that certain things had been different. But, we can't change the past. We can only be better for the future. When I left my husband, it never occurred to me that I could stay at home with my children even though I was a single parent. It would have probably helped keep some of the problems we faced away.Terrihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02065155969283461203noreply@blogger.com
