2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups Bing cherries, halved, pitted
3 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, chopped
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Beat eggs, sugar, flour, milk and vanilla in small bowl with electric blender on medium speed 30 sec. or until well blended.
SPREAD cherries evenly onto bottom of greased 9-inch pie plate; cover with batter. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate.
BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until top is puffed and golden brown and center is just set. Cool 10 min. Top with the whipped topping just before serving.
I like to try new recipes. I had cherries this last week and I found this recipe at the Kraft website. I've decided that every Friday I'll post a recipe that either flopped or fabed. This recipe definatly flopped. It was like scrabbled eggs with chocolate and cherries. YUCK!
