Whole Wheat Bread

This is the best Whole Wheat Bread recipe that I've ever tried. It turned out very moist and flavorful. The recipe comes straight from Laine's Letters
Into a bread machine put in order:
1 1/4 c. warm water

1/2 t. lemon juice
2 T. honey
2 T. olive oil
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/4 c. wheat flour
2 1/4 c. bread flour
2 1/2 t. yeast
Set to dough cycle, let rise in the machine. Take out and shape into a loaf, put into a greased loaf pan, cover, and let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
