(click on the picture for recipe)It turned out pretty good for me. It is very moist and not too sweat. However, it doesn't have much of a strawberry taste to it. I did use fresh strawberries, but I don't see why that would take away from the taste.
I ate a slice this morning, with some strawberry butter (butter & strawberry jam mixed together).

Mine uses fresh strawberries also...I love how moist it is, but you're right, the strawberry taste is very subtle. Pretty color though!
