I took this recipe and fixed it. They turned out pretty good.
I used 1cup of bread flour and 1cup all-purpose. I only used the dried cherries. Included some white chocolate chips, and omited the crumb topping all together.
I'm calling them "White Chocolate Cherry Muffins".
