I get the FREE kraft recipe magazine. We love mexican food, so I tried this recipe. However, as I've been known to do as of late, I changed it a little to fit our tastes.
I used ranch dressing instead of mayo, my mother-in-law's homemade salsa, and I only used one chicken breast-shredded. I used Colby Jack shredded cheese and I used olive oil in the pan instead of the spray. It was very "speedy" as the title implies, and it was really good.
